I have just started making use of scheduled posts within WordPress. I know I am so behind the times!
So even though you are reading this now I actually wrote it a few days ago!
This is something I will be doing more and more so I can block out some time each week to write a couple of blog posts and then schedule them to be published at a later date!
I wrote that title with just a basic idea of what I wanted to talk about today and it wasn’t until I realised that I had just taken the title of my first book and swapped it around a bit.
I wrote Build Your Business, Build Yourself back in 2011 and it was all about the mechanics of an online business. Basically a quick start guide of everything you should have in place for an online business.
So 2013 is well under way now, we have got past the most miserable day of the year (statistically the 2nd Monday of the new year) so it can only get better from here!
Things can only get better
So now we are past that point what are you going to do to make sure you have a cracking 2013?
Are you going to finally start that small business of your own and try to quit your full time job that you hate or are you just going to carry on living life for the weekend where you have a two day escape?
It sure has been a while now!! I have been working underground for the past few weeks breaking down everything I have learnt so far on my online marketing journey. I now have a fully functioning system that I am using to create automated income online.
It has taken me some time but the effort was well worth it! I was jumping around the room when I got the notification that my cheque was on it’s way to me! It was the final bit of proof that this stuff works and I am well on my way to another one this month!
I’m back on terra firma after Mark Anastasi’s event this weekend in Marble Arch London. What an event! There is always something about Internet Marketing seminars that just gives you a bit more fire under your seat but the best thing about them for me is the opportunity to network. This weekend however was even more of a networking opportunity thanks to the extra 100 people that couldn’t fit in the room! Mark kindly bought them all a drink and I even saw Steven Essa doing some live teaching in the bar! This also meant that if you took a break from the seminar there were plenty of people around to strike up conversations and partnerships with.
So my last post didn’t really have any details of what I have learned in 2010 nor any specific goals for 2011 so I thought I would write a new post detailing these things. Here goes!
Business Achievements 2010
Number 1 on this list has to be joining Alex Jeffrey’s training program. This has to be the best decision I have made for my business EVER! I have learned so much from him and his past students it’s unreal! If he ever opens up another training program I suggest you sell a kidney to get on it!
I have been told that planning is all important and that those people that set clear goals and plans are more likely to achieve success than those that don’t. So with that in mind I have decided to post my goals and plans here to keep myself accountable. I will keep these updated as I complete them and add new ones.
Personal Goals
These are my lifetime goals for doing fun stuff in my spare time. These will all become a lot easier when I have a successful online business as I should be able to allow myself more free time. So here goes in no particular order;
I'm here to tell you my story of becoming an internet marketer and business consultant. Hopefully I will be able to give you some good advice along the way. You can learn as I learn as they say.
