So I have now started my coaching with Alex Jeffreys and I have to say it is fantastic!!! The first module was called ‘Forward to Basics’ and it was outstanding! He went through the main points of the course to start with and then there was another 3 or 4 hours of how to plan your business and life, good working practice and some great tools to help you plan.

This first module was so helpful for me. I have just been doing this and that hoping something will work with no real plan and no real goals. Now I have started to plan things out and set myself achievable goals as well as getting a lot less distracted when I am working on my business. That was a REALLY big thing for me, I would always work for a short time on something constructive and then procrastinate for half an hour!!

I think the main thing that has come out of this module for me is that I now finally see my websites as a business as opposed to a collection of websites that can make me money. With this reality shift I feel that my business is growing faster and more effectively than it has ever done before.

Module 2 was all about the backend of a profitable online company. Alex showed us through his current business model and how he drives his customers through the sales funnel. He went into so much detail about all the individual parts it was really enlightening, I had read parts of this structure before and had an idea where you want to be sending your customers but he laid everything out in a really simple way that explained every single step in terms that everyone can enjoy.

Next module we get a Product and website to build and sell to teach us how the system works so we can see it in action. This is amazing as we get a potentially profitable business ready made for us and we get the knowledge to be able to recreate it!!

Well I think that will do for now, I have a lot of studying to do and I need to go over my plans and targets. I am really struggling to do my daily to do lists but I am trying! The daily did sheets are starting to really show me what I am wasting my time with and where I can save time.
