Hi again,

I know it has been a while but there is a reason for this! I have been working on my first book that will be available very soon. I am in the middle of writing it now and this a form of productive procrastination seeing as I haven’t posted on here in over a week! I thought I would update you to let you know I haven’t disappeared and I am working hard behind the scenes to bring you more great free training for building and growing your own business.

So my last post didn’t really have any details of what I have learned in 2010 nor any specific goals for 2011 so I thought I would write a new post detailing these things. Here goes!

Business Achievements 2010

Number 1 on this list has to be joining Alex Jeffrey’s training program. This has to be the best decision I have made for my business EVER! I have learned so much from him and his past students it’s unreal! If he ever opens up another training program I suggest you sell a kidney to get on it!

Merry Christmas and welcome to my new look blog!! I hope you like the theme! I was going to change the colour but then realised it was Christmas and the red suited quite well. Look out for the new colour scheme in the new year once all the festivities are over and done with.

Traffic

And lots of it as well, even better if it is highly targeted traffic!

I have been working at building regular traffic to this blog for a few weeks now and I still haven’t tried all the techniques I want to! I am now starting to get regular visitors that are interested in what I have to say. I still can’t quite believe that there are people out there interested in what I have to say!  So enough of the introduction and my ramblings, lets get some good content for you all.

I originally had this as a page but I decided that this needs to be out in front not hidden away in the pages of my blog so here it is!

Thanks to Ken Harthun from the InternetMarketingGeek.com for bringing this to my attention. There are too many bad eggs out there on the net and I hope this code can spread far and wide to try and bring some ethics to the online community. I for one already follow this code and will not stray from it. It is in its early days and will grow and change as the industry does but it is definitely a step in the right direction. I hope you can all get something out of this.

So I finally made it to the World Internet Summit in London! One weekend, 400 attendees and 15 speakers!

Day one started with an introduction from Tom Hua followed by a great mindset changing presentation from Andy Harrington. He reaffirmed some good techniques that I have been using recently including making sure you have a clarity of outcome on what you desire from your business.

I managed to get an exclusive interview with Andy Harrington while I was at the World Internet Summit last weekend!

He gives a great view on pain and failure and how to use it in your mindset for more successes in the future!

I thought I would give a quick update on how my forum marketing has been going. I forgot to follow one of my own rules the other day and have now been banned about 10 minutes after my first post!! Always remember READ ALL THE RULES!!! I thought I had read the rules to this forum I was posting in, I had gone through two posts of rules and agreed with them all even if they were being a bit harsh on some of them. I understand why they were doing this to stop the spammers.

I am still learning a lot about traffic generation from my mentor Alex Jeffreys and am starting to build a regular flow of traffic to my site. I am also into his new program Forward To Marketing which so far has been amazing!

I have been doing a lot of article marketing this week do drive more free traffic to my website, however I have not been driving this traffic directly to my video so I haven’t even reached 200 views on my traffic challenge! The beard is starting to get annoying! At least during November I have the whole Movember excuse… It’s a bit of a cheat but hey!
